Roast Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes (you can want about 2 potatoes for every individual.)
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly floor black pepper
Sprig of rosemary (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Dice Yukon gold potatoes (make sure all parts are around the same measurement to make certain even cooking).
